It only took a few days to get used to it though. The foot print of the phone is about the same but you have more real estate on the screen to work with since it’s edge to edge, which you didn’t have on the 7. Battery life is WAY better, but that should be expected with that many versions since your last phone. 3.
The biggest factor for me is the weight. The 14PM IS A BRICK. Why do you think apple switched to titanium, so their pro models would no longer feel so heavy in hand. The 15 Plus gives you all the advantages of the 14PM without the massive weight and better battery life. The 15 plus weights 201grams vs 240grams on the 14PM.
I have the iPhone 13 Pro since launch and got an S23 due to a carrier change yesterday. The 13 Pro is an amazing phone with great battery life an I can't recommend it enough. Here are some things that I noticed: The S23 is much lighter and feels much nicer in the hands. I think the screen looks a bit better on the S23. Testing the latter, the iPhone 14 Pro climbed to 21% in 15 minutes and 42% in 30 minutes. This is slightly slower than the iPhone 13 Pro, which skyrocketed to 25% in 15 minutes and 53% in 30 iOS 17.0.3 unleashed the 15 Pro Max we deserved. Mannnnn iOS 17 was a rough start but having had 17.0.3 for a couple of days, seems to have completely awoken the 15 Pro Max’s super power, aka battery life. Not to mention this thing stays ice cold (though mine never got as hot as others were claiming) and zero drop of in performance.
If the iPhone 12 Pro Max felt too heavy, the lighter iPhone 15 Pro Max with its larger screen, better battery, and enhanced camera features might suit you. 256GB storage should be enough for most users. For the color, choose between Natural Titanium for a classic look or White Titanium for a modern touch. Consider your preferences and usage
However, I am surprised by just how large the 13 Pro Max is. To me, the size and weight of the 6s Plus was perfect, whereas the 13 Pro seems smaller than the 6s Plus, and the 13 Pro Max is definitely bigger than I realized. Both weigh more than I anticipated, too. I’ve been able to spend some time with both phones and return the one I don’t
Long time android user and I have an iPhone 14 pro max preordered and scheduled to arrive next week. Reading this subreddit has made me start to question whether or not this was a smart choice. Sorting by new and reading all these posts about camera issues, screen issues, poor battery life, freezing ,etc is getting kind of worrying.
Only difference is battery and smaller screen. Pros and cons depend on the person using it as the pro and max are basically the same phone, ones medium ones large. I switched from a smaller phone to the 14 pro max. Namely from the regular 12. The difference in battery is enormous, the pro max probably has 4 times more battery life, so there’s
its the awkwardness of the Pro as much as the weight, and cases are heavy for 13 pro than Xs, so thats compounds the problem. I know I will drop this phone more often. Sending it back and getting a iphone 13 plain with slim case. 120mhz and better camera will have to wait.
Moving on to GPU performance, the iPhone 13 Pro Max averages around 76% of GPU usage during gaming. This is amazing! The iPhone 12 Pro Max typically uses around 90% of GPU usage in the Inazuma region. The A15 chip is definitely a powerhouse! Now, if we look at the Power consumption, we are seeing the same power consumption as the iPhone 12 Pro Max. CNBC 's Kif Leswing on the titanium frame: Apple says that the 6-inch iPhone 15 Pro is 187 grams, or 9% lighter than last year's model. The iPhone 15 Pro Max, with a bigger 6.7-inch screen, weighs The size and weight does not take long to adjust to at all. This is my humble opinion, the pro max is great phone so is the 13. I have the 13 pro max and charge my phone every night. Maybe I have a bad phone but my phone will not last two days with regular use. I’ve done minimal use and barley got a day and a half. Tom's Guide's battery life test also gave the edge to the iPhone 15. The 15 Pro has marginally worse battery life than the regular 15, so it will likely still be equivalent with the S23 in battery life. Your 15 Pro was new and still indexing and comparing it to an optimized device that has been out for over half a year is, frankly, not very fair. KU1Ha.
