Leadership: Make multiple clan parties, join a kingdom, form an army with your clan parties, roam around aimlessly going from town to town, maybe kill some bandits while you’re at it or raid some villages. Trade: Buy a fuck ton of Fish & Grain. Look for a city under siege, idle around, sell it for a massive hike. The only way to increase the trade skill is if you personally buy something, then you go sell it for a higher price. There is no other method to raise the trade skill. Workshops and caravans will not raise the skill. Selling battle loot or tournament prizes will not raise the skill either. Only things you pay for, and only if sold for a profit.

This is the true red hard cap for skills, and I use it constantly for character planning. You can't really see these limits in game until a character hits it and the number turns red, and the information the UI gives you leads you to believe your limits are far lower, making you waste points. This is not entirely true.
You can use this influence to increase the influence of a clan in your kingdom. This increases your charm skills very fast. An own kingdom is not necessary, however, you need at least a few fiefs to earn enough influence to make this effective. Let enemy lords flee after you won the battle.

You going to have to expand into trade goods at about this point and you have to shift loads of volume to get just a single skill point. I've tried various ways to try and get to 300 and my current method is. Fish buy at 5-7 sell 8+. Wheat buy at 4-5 sell 6+. grapes buy at less than 10 sell at 15+.

The patch notes say they fixed a bug (which means could be Nerfed a skill). I gained the Honourable trait partway through my current game. Not sure exactly how I got it, but I definitely didn't start with it. The only quests I've really done are "Deliver herd" and "Find my daughter" as they're the only ones I'm 100% convinced aren't broken Lol - always delivered the full herd, and all but one or two daughters returned through convincing. As aforementioned, one of the ways that you can increase your Leadership skill in Bannerlord is by maintaining a high party morale. For those unaware of what the morale level is, when you look on the bottom right of the screen from the main map screen you will see symbols and numbers. The one on the far right with the eagle symbol next to it is Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord companions are a great way to fill out your party with stronger units. Another way to increase your companion limit is via the "Ruler" perk under the Steward skill
In Mount and Blade 2, you create your hero from scratch. A powerful editor allows you to change his appearance by choosing facial features, hair style, and beard. Nevertheless, these choices are only superficial - to affect the gameplay, you need to develop skills and abilities. You must decide whether you want improve fighting skills of your
